LECHICI frequency program

Recently we had pleasure of participating KKS Lech Poznan press conference dedicated to new LECHICI frequency program. LECHICI was created for Lech Poznan fans in order to make their contact with club easier and encourage them to visit the stadium even more frequently. The aim of the initiative was to create a complex platform that integrates all fan’s services and support systems: tickets, points of sale and the online store.

Benefits for fans

After registration in the program fans can shop in the club store and gather points on their account at the same time. Points can be exchanged for rewards and discounts on purchases, tickets and passes. In a nutshell every fan activity is another profit. Additionally, depending on the participation in KKS Lech home games, each user is assigned to one of five ranks. The higher the rank, the greater the access to various benefits.

Magento ecommerce

We started our cooperation with Lech Poznań a few years ago and deployed online store based on Magento system. The store is being systematically developed with new functionalities, enhancing the user experience.

Integration

5 companies, including Macopedia, were involved in the creation of a complex platform LECHICI. Our task within the program was the integration of LECH Poznan ecommerce and central Spartavity platform, including the multi-level rules of scoring available products.

Our Magento developers have worked for over a dozen months on the integration of the store, basket configuration, retransmission settings and various login paths. The basket is configured so that gathered scores and the assigned rank turn into discounts for users. The algorithm takes a single product and changes its price depending on the value of a discount - a rebate per product. In addition, it is also possible to add a separate discount, which reduces the price of the entire basket.

The project was completed on time and from now on fans can actively use the LECHICI program. It’s going to be continuously developed and  some new attractions for fans are coming.
